Does it cost anything to send a request?
No. Sending a request and getting quotes is free. You only pay if you book a caterer.
How much will the food cost?
Each caterer prices their own menu, so it depends on numbers, the food and whether you want staff. You see the full price in each quote before you decide.
How is a booking paid for?
How the booking deposit and balance are paid, and what happens if plans change, will be set out here and in each quote before you pay anything.
Who are the caterers?
Independent catering businesses that cover Blackpool, the Fylde and Preston. We check each one before they can quote: food business registration, food hygiene rating and insurance.
Someone has a food allergy. What happens?
Tell us in the request, without naming the guest. Each caterer has to say in their quote what they can provide for that allergy and how they keep it separate. We never mark food as safe on a caterer's behalf, and if a caterer can't be sure, they'll say so.
How much notice do you need?
The more the better, especially for weekends and December. Short notice? Send the request anyway and say so in the notes; caterers who can do it will reply quickly.
Is my information shared?
Your event details go to the caterers we ask to quote. Your contact details are only passed on when you choose to book. The privacy policy has the full detail.
Got a date in the diary?
Tell us the occasion, the numbers and the area. We'll find caterers and food trucks who can do it.
