A truck and its team

The truck arrives with the people who cook and serve. You book the catering, not an empty vehicle.

Food made on the spot

Burgers off the grill, pizza out of the oven, tacos to order. Guests queue at the hatch, which is half the fun.

Quotes from trucks only

A food truck request only goes to food trucks that cover your area and can do the date. They quote like any caterer: menu, numbers and price.

Illustrations show the kind of service, not a particular truck.

What a truck needs to know

Space and access
Most trucks are 3 to 7 metres long and need a firm, fairly level spot. Mention gates, grass, slopes and anything low overhead.
Power
Say whether there's mains power nearby. Many trucks bring a quiet generator; they'll tell you in their quote.
Allergies
Each truck says what it can provide and how it keeps food separate in a small kitchen, before you book.
