How it works

One request reaches several caterers at once, so you don't have to ring round.

  1. Tell us about the do

Date, rough numbers, where it is and what kind of food you have in mind. Five minutes, no account needed.

  2. We find caterers who can do it

Your request goes to independent caterers who cover your area, have the date free and do the kind of food you want.

  3. Compare what comes back

Each caterer sends their own menu and price. Ask for changes until one fits the event and the budget.

  4. Shake on it

Agree the menu and price with the caterer you choose. They cook, deliver and serve; you get on with the party.

What goes in your request

The occasion, the date, rough numbers, the area and the sort of food you fancy. Add a budget if you have one, any diets and allergies, and anything else a caterer should know about the venue.

Who sees it

Caterers who cover your area, have the date free and make the kind of food you asked for. They see the event, not your name, email or phone number.

What comes back

Each caterer's own menu and full price for your numbers, with what's included: delivery, staff, crockery, setting up and clearing away.

Changing a quote

Ask for more guests, a different dish or a cheaper option, and the caterer sends an updated quote. You can compare them side by side before deciding.

Allergies

If you tell us about an allergy, every caterer has to say what they can provide for it and how they keep it separate. If a caterer can't be sure, they say so. We never mark food as safe on their behalf.

Booking

When you pick a quote, you confirm the booking and the caterer gets your contact details to arrange the day. The caterer is responsible for cooking, delivering and serving the food.

Got a date in the diary?

Tell us the occasion, the numbers and the area. We'll find caterers and food trucks who can do it.
